Lemon Herb Cheese Dip

This recipe from Alloway Creed Gardens makes 12 Servings.

Ingredients
8 oz. Cottage cheese
3 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley ( 1 tsp. Dried)
l l/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives ( l l/2 tsp. Dried)
2 tsp. fresh lemon thyme (2/3 tsp. Dried)
2 tsp. chopped fresh lemon or lime basil ( 2/3 tsp. Dried)


Directions
Blend cottage cheese, add. Add cream chees and beat untl smooth. Stire in remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate for severl hours. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Vary this recipe, using 1 green onion, finely chopped and blended, instead of parsley and/or chives and the lemon/lime mix, omitting thyme. Good Luck!
